British Natural Beef
我們主打英國牛肉產品, 貨源來自英國著名的品牌Scotch Prime 和 British Natural Beef，是歐洲知名牛肉農場及品牌－ABP食品集團旗下的品牌。
它們都自設農場，並在ABP集團的質量保證計劃下，專門挑選30個月以下的牛隻，令牛肉質素得到嚴格保證。
憑藉40多年的經驗，它們在飼養方式及處理的工藝上，已被科學證明可提高嫩度和一致性，因而屢獲「極致柔嫩」的專利，成為行業先驅。
Ultra-Tender®
「極致柔嫩」源自英文'Ultra-Tender®'認證，該項專利技術由ABP食品集團研發，是用來確保旗下牛肉產品的穩定性及柔嫩度。
Ultra-Tender® 其實是透過ABP 專利的屠宰後牛隻懸掛工藝，能夠幫助牛隻屠體肌肉纖維放鬆及提高在去骨前的自然熟成，從而達到嫩化牛肉的效果；此外，ABP亦創造了一種獨特的可變溫度排酸程序，以防止速凍排酸的弊端並確保牛肉的絕對柔嫩。
Forever Winning specializes in UK beef products, sourced from the famous UK brands - Scotch Prime and British Natural Beef which is under ABP Foods Group, one of Europe’s leading food processors.
They have their own pasture in the homeland and operate under the ABP Group's quality assurance schemes which hand-selected from traditional cattle breeds under 30 months of age. Therefore, the quality of the beef is strictly guaranteed.
With more than 40 years of experience, they have been scientifically proven to increase tenderness and consistency in their breeding methods and processing techniques. Consequently, they have repeatedly achieved the patent of Ultra-Tender® and become the industry pioneer.
Ultra-Tender®
Ultra-Tender® is our patented beef hanging process, which increases the natural breakdown of muscle fibres in each carcass while it hangs and matures prior to de-boning. Aligned to the patented hanging process, ABP Food Group has created a method of sympathetically chilling the carcass to prevent cold shortening and guarantee absolute tenderness in the beef.
Scotch Prime
兩個品牌除了在產地上（英格蘭和蘇格蘭）有些微分別之外，不論在飼養牛隻和處理方式上都是大同小異。
它們採用 *自然養殖，*無任何激素 和 *無荷爾蒙 添加，從而達至 *純天然效果，另牛隻肉質 *鮮嫩﹑*多汁和 *美味。

The two brands are similar in terms of raising cattle and handling methods, except for the slightly different origins (England and Scotland).
Their cattle are raised up with *Hormone Free *Antibiotic Free to achieve *Pure Natural which grantee the beef is succulent, flavorsome and tender.
